The House

The stone house with its modern extension, restored in collaboration with a Swiss architect, is located on the outskirts of the village of Kavalos. It offers every comfort and is a relaxing refuge in summer after a hot day at the beach and a cozy place with a lot of atmosphere on cooler days. The view from the terrace is overwhelming and the panorama regularly triggers sharp screams from visitors. You can park in front of the house. In order to easily manage to get through the narrow village streets, it is best to book a small rental car. Some time ago, but very nice: In 2006 the holiday home won the Pro7 TV Super Holiday Home Voting.

The Equipment

We only rent the main house and the guesthouse together. So your privacy is undisturbed.
Main house
95 sqm living space on two floors
Ground floor: large double bed, room divider, bathroom with shower, fireplace, washing machine
Upper floor: open, very well equipped kitchen (great for amateur cooks) with dishwasher, dining table for eight people, sofa bed, satellite TV, hi-fi system with CD player and CD collection, lots of books, telephone and internet
Guesthouse
35 sqm, two single beds, bathroom with shower, view into the cactus garden. The connection to the main house is via the outside.
Outside
Private path, 50 sqm terrace with seating area and sunbeds

Prices
We rent from late May to mid-October.

• May, June 2024: 125 € per day plus 70 € final cleaning.
• July, August 2024: 140 € per day plus 70 € final cleaning.
• September 2024: 125 € per day plus 70 € final cleaning.
• October 2024: 95 € per day plus 70 € final cleaning.

There is plenty of additional bed linen and fresh towels. The house is only rented as a whole.
